IMPORTANT! Based on new federal law, continuous Medicaid coverage provided during the pandemic will end on MARCH 31, 2023.
You will get a notice in the mail or email from HHSC when it’s time to renew coverage. The mailed notice will be in a YELLOW envelope with the words “ACTION REQUIRED” in red. The notice will explain how to verify Medicaid eligibility and will include a form that needs to be signed and mailed back by the due date. You can also check your online account at YourTexasBenefits.com or the Your Texas Benefits mobile app.
