Dana Blair is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with focus in primary care. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University May 2016 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing. She also has a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.

Dana is also Certified Pediatric Nurse. Dana’s background includes over 9 years of experience as a Pediatric Registered Nurse. She has worked at many pediatric facilities to include Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX, Medical City Children’s Hospital in Dallas TX, and Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, TX. She has worked in various areas in pediatric nursing making her experience very diverse.

Dana’s upbringing included living in a home with a cousin that had cerebral palsy. Through these experiences, she learned the value of giving herself unselfishly to others by the act of caring. These encounters molded her life and thus she developed a heart’s desire to serve those who are vulnerable and ailing in their bodies.

Everyone has a passion and purpose for something in life, but Dana feels like it’s her calling to work in pediatrics. Dana’s heart is filled with overwhelming gratitude to provide healing hands to those in need. Dana has a passion for children of all ages and is grateful to be a part of improving and maintaining your child’s health. She feels very blessed to be a part of your child’s life and strives to provide patient advocacy. She hopes to build a lasting partnership with each of you and she is privileged that you will entrust your child’s health in her hands.

Dana currently lives in Plano, Texas. In her spare time, she truly enjoys community and ministry opportunities, volunteering at her church, singing, reading, traveling, working with the underprivileged, and spending time with family and friends.
